WE ARE GOING BACK TO FACEBOOK!

As soon as we went live on the new platform, we found that many members had difficulties viewing the livestreamed classes.�I assumed these problems were caused by my code or by specifics of the users' system. I assumed these problems could be fixed.�

�I was wrong.

�

The platform supplier, Vimeo/Livestream, admitted today that these problems were casused by inherent flaws in their system. They provided no workarounds, and no timetable for correction.�

�

We cannot ask our members to put up with this. Despite the expense and effort that we put into the Yoga Live system, we're going to surrender and return to Facebook.

I am so grateful to the members who have encouraged me and Barbara to keep the Studio alive. This setback is painful, but it's not the end.� We'll use Facebook as a fallback while we work on something better, and something better will not take so long this go-round. Even when the studio reopens for in-person classes, we mean to continue our livecasts.�
